FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Can I place one order with mulitple ship to addresses?
Yes! For orders of 10 gifts or less please use our multiship option at checkout. You can add the addresses and personal note for each recipient and place one order. For orders of more than 10 you can send us a CSV file and we can upload the addresses for you.
What are the options to add a logo to the gift box?
We can add a logo to the candle, the card or the mug. The minimum order to add a logo is 36 boxes, additional production time is required for custom items.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend ordering 2-3 weeks in advance of your requested deliver by date. We can normally fill small orders within a few days but custom items and large orders do require additional time.
Is there a discount on large orders?
We keep our gift prices and shipping prices very competitive for all orders. Ship your gifts one at time or all at once and you'll always get the same great rate!
Can I send you an item to add to the boxes?
Yes, you can ship us an item to add to the boxes. Depending on the size of the item there may be additional shipping charges.
